What we collect, why, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have.

Who this covers
This policy covers bling-ventures.com and our tools, run by Bling Design LLC, doing business as Bling Ventures. Questions or requests: bling@bling-ventures.com.
What we collect
What you give us:
- Contact details: name, email, phone, company, role and website.
- Your answers to our onboarding, retail-readiness and Brand Checklist questions, when you choose to send them to us.
- Files you upload: logos, photos, drawings, CAD files, decks, brand guides and similar.
- NDA records: the name, title, company, email and typed signature you enter, the date and time, and basic browser details.
- Messages you type to our assistant or send through “Talk to a person,” and anything you give our tools, such as Logo Studio, Brand Snapshot and the asset check.
What happens automatically:
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
- Your browser stores drafts on your own device (local storage) so you can leave a form and come back. We don't run advertising or analytics trackers on our pages.
How we use it
- To evaluate your project, reply to you and prepare free previews.
- To coordinate the partners who work on your project.
- To run our tools and send confirmations and updates you asked for.
- To keep records, such as signed NDAs and quotes.
- To protect and improve the site, and to follow the law.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that help us run the site and process information on our behalf. For example: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (private file storage and database), Resend and FormSubmit (email and form delivery), and AI providers such as Anthropic, plus the image-generation providers behind Logo Studio.
- Partners on your project (designers, engineers, IP law firms and others), but only what they need, and they must keep it confidential. We do not share your information with a retailer or broker without your OK.
- Authorities or others when the law requires it, or to protect rights and safety, and a buyer if our business is ever sold, subject to this policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
AI tools
When you use our assistant, Brand Snapshot, the asset check or Logo Studio, what you type or upload is processed by AI providers to produce the result. AI answers can be wrong. Please don't put sensitive personal details, passwords or payment information into the chat. If you are sharing an idea you want protected, use our NDA first and ask us before you upload.
How long we keep it
We keep information as long as we need it for the purposes above, or to meet legal and accounting needs. You can ask us to delete it (see below). Copies in backups, and records we must keep by law, may stay for a limited time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or stop emails from us, by writing to bling@bling-ventures.com. We may need to confirm it's you first. Some states give you additional rights, and we will honor valid requests as the law requires.
Security
Uploads go to private storage, not a public folder, and access is limited to our team and the partners on your project. No system is perfectly secure, so please share only what you need to.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. See also our Terms of Use.
